A new book joined the shelves in March 2025, and it came from Temitayo Adekola.
His latest book, Trauma, is a compelling story about the myths, and the cultural and psychological impact of blinded ignorance on certain issues in society.
The story centres on an unhappy little boy who learns to overcome his challenges with the help of a true friend.
Trauma tells the story of Ayodele, a young boy who is struggling in school due to dyslexia. His condition not only makes his coursework a challenge but also leads to harassment and criticism from his peers.

Speaking about the book, Adekola noted that this beautiful and moving story will resonate with readers of all ages.
“Trauma is a story about the power of friendship, the importance of family and community, and the ability to overcome life’s challenges. It is a must-read for anyone who has ever felt different, alone, or misunderstood,” he disclosed.
